1. What Pay Small Small Is
Pay Small Small is an optional instalment programme that lets you buy an approved product now and pay for it in parts over a period you select (typically 1–8 weeks). On a Pay Small Small order, Jmall Online Shopping Center acts as the principal seller: Jmall acquires the product, holds it securely in its warehouse, and only releases it for delivery to you after you have finished paying. These terms apply only to Pay Small Small orders and are in addition to Jmall's general Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, and Delivery Policy.
2. Eligibility
Pay Small Small is available to signed-in buyers on eligible products only, and cannot be used as a guest. Only one product can be bought per Pay Small Small plan. There is a limit on how many unpaid plans you can hold at the same time; you must finish paying an existing plan before you can start another once that limit is reached. Jmall may decline, pause, or withdraw eligibility at its discretion.
3. Credit Price Markup (Not Interest)
Choosing Pay Small Small adds a credit price markup to the standard cash price. This markup is a fixed percentage set by Jmall that may change from time to time. It is part of the agreed sale price and is not interest, a loan, or a lending arrangement. The exact percentage, the markup amount, and the final total price are shown to you clearly before you confirm and pay. Once you confirm, that total price is the amount you agree to pay in full.
4. Down Payment & Instalments
You start your plan by making an initial down payment today. You choose your down payment within the minimum and maximum limits shown at checkout, and you choose the number of weeks to finish paying within the allowed range. After the down payment, you may pay the remaining balance in any amounts, at any time — daily, weekly, or monthly — as long as the full balance is cleared before the end of your selected period. Jmall does not lock you to a fixed weekly amount.
5. Payments & Processing
Payments are processed through Jmall's payment partner (Hubtel) using Mobile Money or supported methods. Cash on Delivery is not available on Pay Small Small. Each payment is applied to your plan balance. You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details accurate so that reminders and receipts reach you.
6. Ownership, Warehousing & Delivery
Because Jmall is the principal seller on Pay Small Small, ownership of the product and the right to take delivery pass to you only after you have completed all payments on the plan. Until then, the product is held in Jmall's warehouse on your behalf. Delivery or pickup is arranged after the plan is completed. Delivery fees are calculated and paid at delivery once your plan is complete, and are separate from the Pay Small Small price.
7. Missed Deadline & Default Charge
If you do not finish paying within your selected period, the plan may be cancelled and the product returned to available stock. In that case Jmall keeps the held item and refunds the amounts you have already paid, minus a default charge. The default charge is a percentage of the final price, set by Jmall and shown to you before you confirm. The remaining balance of what you paid is refunded to you through a supported payment method. This is not a penalty or interest — it reflects Jmall's cost of holding and re-listing the product.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
You may contact Jmall support to cancel a plan before completion; any refund is handled under this section and the Refund & Return Policy, and the default charge described above may apply. Once a plan is completed and the product delivered, standard return and refund rules for the product apply. Refunds are made to a supported payment method and may take time to process.
9. Pricing Basis & Errors
The cash price used for your plan may reflect a normal price, a discount, a flash-sale price, or a negotiated price at the time you commit. Jmall reserves the right to cancel or correct plans affected by system errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or stock issues, and to refund amounts paid in such cases.
10. Data & Analytics
Your use of Pay Small Small is also covered by Jmall's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including how we collect and process usage and analytics data. Information tied to your Pay Small Small plan, payments, and orders is kept as described in the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of analytics tracking, or request deletion of your records, at any time by emailing [email protected].
11. Changes to These Terms
Jmall may update these Pay Small Small terms at any time. The terms that apply to your plan are those shown and accepted at the moment you confirmed the plan. Continued use of Pay Small Small after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
