Do I need an account to shop?

To check out you can either create a Jmall account or use guest checkout, where we verify your phone number with a one-time code (OTP) so we can keep you updated on your order. Some features — such as Pay Small Small, saving a wishlist, and following shops — require a full account.

Can I save products to buy later?

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any product to add it to your Wishlist. You can review and buy from your wishlist anytime from your account.

Can I follow my favourite shops?

Yes. Follow a shop to keep up with its new arrivals, promotions and flash sales. You'll see updates in your feed and notifications.

Can I negotiate the price?

On products where the shop has enabled it, you can use Jmall's bargain feature to send an offer and negotiate the price through the platform. Once a price is agreed, you complete the purchase at that price. Negotiated orders are still covered by our standard return policy where valid reasons exist.

What are Flash Sales?

Flash Sales are time-limited discounts. Some are platform-wide (run by Jmall) and others are run by individual shops. Prices return to normal when the sale timer ends, so it pays to act fast.

What does 'Slightly Used' mean?

Some shops sell slightly used or refurbished items at lower prices. These are clearly labelled. Please read the listing details carefully before buying — returns on slightly used items are limited to wrong item delivered, damage on arrival, or an item that is significantly different from its description.

What is Pay Small Small?

Pay Small Small lets you buy an approved product and pay for it in instalments over a period you choose. Jmall acts as the principal seller: we secure the product, hold it safely in our warehouse, and deliver it to you once you have completed all your payments.

Which products can I buy on Pay Small Small?

Only products approved for Pay Small Small are eligible. You can browse them on the Pay Small Small page, where every item shown is available for instalment purchase.

How long do I get to pay?

You choose an instalment period when you start your plan — typically from one week up to about three months, depending on the product. The schedule and each instalment amount are shown to you clearly before you commit.

Are there extra charges?

A credit price markup is added to the cash price as part of the agreed sale price. This is set by Jmall and may change from time to time, and the exact percentage and amount are always shown to you before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

When do I receive my product?

On Pay Small Small, the product is delivered to you after you have completed all your payments. Until then it is held securely in Jmall's warehouse and reserved for you.

What happens if I can't finish paying?

If you cancel or do not complete payment within your selected period, the plan ends and the product returns to available stock. A default charge — a percentage set by Jmall and shown to you before you pay — is kept from the amounts you have already paid, and the remaining balance is refunded to you through Mobile Money or another supported method.

Can I have more than one plan at a time?

You can run more than one Pay Small Small plan, up to the platform limit. If you have unpaid plans you may be temporarily unable to start new ones until they are settled. Your active plans are always visible in your account.
